Students are more likely to continue to study from home.

According to the Knowledge Institute for Mobility Policy (KiM), 25 to 30 percent of students in secondary and higher education expect to follow home education more often than before corona after the measures against corona have ended.

According to KiM, slightly more than half of working Dutch people have already worked from home and met remotely during the corona period.

There are, however, major differences in the way in which employers facilitate working from home.

There appear to be few obstacles for managers and other people with an office function, but for about half of the workers, including catering staff and painters, these home working options are not available.

Home-work will be less than before corona, but the institute does see an increase in other types of trips, such as for family and shopping visits or outings.
