Meet our Athletic Director

Steve Sweigart has been the Ephrata Area School District Director of Athletics/Student Activities/Facilities since 2012. Mr. Sweigart joined the District in 1990 as a physical education teacher and was awarded 2012 Middle School Health and Physical Education Teacher of the Year by the Lancaster Lebanon Health Physical Education Recreation and Dance Association. He has also coached cross country, tennis, and soccer for the District. Mr. Sweigart is a graduate of Ephrata High School and Lock Haven University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Physical Education.
